Three certifications with different scopes
BREEAM addresses building environmental performance through distinct schemes and versions. ActiveScore focuses on active travel and associated facilities. ModeScore addresses connectivity and transport options more broadly. A common equipment list does not replace each system’s criteria.

EPBD is a legislative framework
The European Energy Performance of Buildings Directive includes sustainable mobility infrastructure in Article 14. It is not a voluntary label. Before sizing facilities, the building category, parking, works and applicable Romanian national rules must be checked.

BICILUM’s role in the project
We propose suitable equipment, fleets and services, coordinate implementation and support ongoing operations. Plans, technical specifications, handover, maintenance and agreed reports can provide useful evidence to the certification team. Relevant assessors and bodies determine compliance and certification.

A documented starting point
Send the scheme, version, project stage and any assessor recommendations. We review the current situation and priorities before preparing a commercial proposal. Relationships between systems are checked individually; we do not promise automatic credit transfers or a particular rating.
