01
Progressive training matched to ability
We review participants’ experience and begin with adjustments, starting, braking and handling in a suitable space. For e-bikes we explain assistance, weight and battery management. Traffic sessions and accompanied first commutes are organised separately with confirmed routes, supervision and conditions.
02
Route selection is part of preparation
We review workplace access, difficult points and alternatives. Defensive Pedal provides route guidance that considers risk factors. It is a navigation tool, limited by data quality and actual conditions, without a safety guarantee. Practical observations and the rider’s judgement remain essential.
03
Scheduled maintenance and fault reporting
We agree tasks, frequency and service location around the fleet and its use. Users receive instructions for simple checks and fault reporting. A bike with a relevant fault is taken out of use until checked; response times and included parts are defined contractually.
04
On-site workshops and ongoing support
Service days can be combined with maintenance demonstrations for personal or fleet bikes. Bookings, workshop capacity and included tasks are announced in advance. The report tracks interventions and recurring issues to improve equipment selection or training.
