01
Prepare the place
Parking, shelter, access and end-of-trip facilities provide the foundation. We study the intended bikes and the route through the building. Equipment can be ordered from a catalogue; integration requires a location, responsibilities and upkeep. BICILUM coordinates that connection with the final service.
02
Make bikes available
We choose assigned or shared bikes, purchased or rented under the available proposal. We define collection, storage, checks and returns. The fleet can start on a modest scale and develop with demand and availability.
03
Help people start and keep going
Training, maintenance and recurring activities complement the equipment. Beginners need opportunities to try and clear explanations; regular users need continuity and responses to problems. The calendar can bring together teams within one company or occupiers from different buildings.
04
Organise decisions and reviews
The proposal defines what is included, how the budget is allocated and who is responsible at each stage. Available data and feedback support a proportionate review. For property projects, we coordinate solutions with confirmed designer and assessor requirements, without turning an equipment proposal into a certification promise.
FAQ
Practical questions
Can we choose just one module?+
Yes. We can consider a targeted intervention or an integrated programme according to goals and resources.
How do we choose between equipment and services?+
We start with the actual obstacle: missing parking, unavailable bikes, difficulty using them or service continuity. The review establishes priorities.
