01
Make everyday journeys easier
We start with your teams’ journeys and working patterns: commuting, business visits or travel between sites. We choose between individually assigned bikes and a shared fleet. Sizes, electric assistance, accessories, parking and loan rules follow the intended use rather than a one-size-fits-all package.
02
Help beginners build confidence
Try-out sessions, bike adjustments and braking practice prepare people for their first rides. Route guidance and accompanied journeys can be added with agreed supervision and participation conditions. Participation remains voluntary; the programme should also welcome colleagues who do not already cycle.
03
Build workplace communities
Workshops, lunchtime rides, accessible challenges and new-starter sessions give the programme a rhythm. Returning to the office becomes a setting for relationships and shared experiences. We observe participation and satisfaction without promising automatic gains in attendance or productivity.
04
90 days to implement, 12 months of services
We plan implementation over 90 days, followed by 12 months of services from operational launch. Maintenance, assistance, training and activities cover every season. The schedule and responsibilities are agreed for each site.
05
Support change within your teams
Adopting cycling takes time to change habits, adapt working patterns and reorganise teams. This human and organisational effort is the programme’s main challenge. We work with HR, managers and the building operator to clarify access, responsibilities and communication. Regular reviews support adjustments throughout the year.
