01
From the street to the desk
We review the site entrance, crossings with vehicle traffic, access to parking and the route to changing facilities. The plan can combine racks, shelter, cargo spaces, lockers, showers and a repair station. Capacity must be checked alongside manoeuvring space and practical accessibility.
02
A service shared by several tenants
A shared fleet, maintenance days and cross-tenant activities can become a building amenity. We define funding, participant invitations, access allocation and incident responsibilities. Companies can complement the building’s offer with their own bikes and activities.
03
Equipment and services supporting certification projects
We work with the project team and assessor to connect solutions with applicable BREEAM, ActiveScore or ModeScore requirements. BICILUM organises equipment, services and usage documentation. Assessment and certification belong to the relevant bodies; the scheme version and asset type must be established at the outset.
04
From one site to a portfolio
We start with a visit, photographs and plans. After prioritisation, we propose phased implementation and maintenance. Campuses need routes between buildings; business parks need access suited to shifts; retail sites need services for staff and visitors. We replicate the method with local adjustments at each location.
