Individual allocation or a fleet
An individually assigned bike supports a regular habit; a shared fleet serves successive users. We start with journey length, storage at home and work, rider size and carrying needs. Urban, electric or cargo bikes can be considered with appropriate equipment.

Customisation with a practical purpose
VELO DE VILLE’s Corporate offer presents fleet configurations, colours and visual branding. For each project we confirm the model, accessories and commercial availability in Romania. Selection also considers handling, service access and parts needed throughout use.

What the agreement needs to define
The proposal separates the bike from recurring services. Duration, delivery, maintenance, any insurance, damage, theft, replacement bikes and return arrangements must be described. Personal or out-of-hours use requires explicit authorisation. Tax and accounting treatment should be reviewed with the company’s advisers.

Launch and review
We organise handover, adjustments, user information and maintenance bookings as agreed. We collect users’ questions and review fleet availability. Before renewal, we discuss the models used, adjustments needed and service continuation based on actual experience.

We do not publish a universal price. Model, quantity, duration and services determine the commercial proposal.
