01
A broader transport perspective
ModeScore presents four areas: public transport, site-wide mobility, active travel and private vehicles. ActiveScore focuses on active travel. The chosen system and assessment-framework version are confirmed with the responsible specialist for the asset type and owner’s objectives.
02
Connections people can understand
We review the route from a stop or entrance to cycle parking, pedestrian continuity and occupier information. A fleet can support journeys between buildings or short business trips. Its role should match demand, return locations and existing transport provision.
03
Coordinated operations
On a mixed-use site, cycling intersects with deliveries, visitors and service vehicles. We work with the manager on responsibilities, wayfinding and information. BICILUM solutions cover cycling and contracted services, coordinated with the project’s other specialists.
04
An improvement plan that can be reviewed
We establish the baseline, interventions and data available for review. Photographs, plans, user rules and reports support documentation. Certification and relationships with other schemes are validated through the applicable procedures; BICILUM does not guarantee credits or a certification level.
