01
The rhythm of an annual programme
We alternate try-out days, mobile workshops, mobility breakfasts, lunchtime rides and cross-tenant gatherings. Activities follow the seasons and team availability. A launch event is followed by regular sessions and practical communication so new participants can join throughout the year.
02
Challenges that welcome beginners too
We can recognise participation, discovering a route or checking a bike, as well as distance travelled. Volunteer ambassadors help colleagues understand the service. Rules, any prizes and data use are explained before enrolment; results are reported in aggregate.
03
Workshops with local organisations
Climato Sfera runs climate-education workshops and community projects. HaicuBicla works on infrastructure, road safety and cycling communities. These capabilities can complement a programme; each organisation’s involvement and availability are agreed for the project. Describing their activities does not automatically include them in a contract.
04
Learning and the identity of a place
Educational workshops, including formats such as Fresque de la Mobilité, require confirmed facilitators and usage rights. Artistic wall murals serve another purpose: place identity and wayfinding. BICILUM coordinates formats, logistics and the participation review according to the agreed programme.
