01
Understanding the assessment framework
ActiveScore’s public methodology groups assessment into infrastructure, occupier engagement services and future-proofing. For an actual project, the assessor confirms the applicable standard and criteria. BICILUM uses this framework to structure solutions without assigning a rating itself.
02
Review a new user’s experience
We follow the route from the street to the facilities: wayfinding, doors, parking, storage and service information. We collect practical difficulties and prioritise improvements. Existing facilities can be improved through clearer rules and appropriate services alongside necessary works.
03
Give usage a regular rhythm
Scheduled maintenance, try-out days, new-occupier introductions and workshops sustain interest. We agree a calendar with the manager and tenant representatives. Frequency, capacity and providers are specified in the proposal, while users receive a straightforward channel for questions.
04
Prepare the next step
We review occupancy, recurring issues and aggregate feedback. This information helps adjust the service and prepare for expansion. Certification evidence is confirmed by the assessor; commercial outcomes and certification levels are not guaranteed.
